127 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 127 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

- Not be listed on any prohibition or sanctions list by the relevant authorities.
- Register only one account per individual. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.
127 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, active mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information provided at registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 127 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge.

General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or security.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written permission.
- Do not share your account with any other individual.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on the 127 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include local bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. 127 reserves the right to update the list of available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Limits & Processing Timeframes
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set for each payment method and may vary by account tier. Deposits are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days after the request is verified, subject to applicable security checks.
Identity Verification for Withdrawals
First-time withdrawals and those exceeding certain limits require full identity verification, including a copy of your IC or passport. 127 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is fully completed, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Transaction Responsibilities
All confirmed bets and transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Users are solely responsible for reviewing their bet details before confirming. 127 accepts no liability for errors made by users when entering betting or transaction information.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
127 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, use of multiple accounts, game manipulation, or any illegal activity. In cases of closure due to confirmed fraud, the account balance may be subject to full forfeiture.
